Clarion Corporation is a development company with a building platform that utilises governance oversight to deliver repeatable outcomes across industrial, mixed-use, and community living projects.
The platform pursues development through two complementary channels: direct development of owned sites and structured partnerships with landowners holding significant opportunities. For landowners, Clarion structures arrangements that allow meaningful participation in project economics while transferring construction and market risk to capital partners equipped to manage it. Where Clarion holds or acquires sites directly, we apply the same disciplined approach, deploying capital where risk-adjusted returns justify investment.
Across all engagement models, Clarion provides end-to-end development management, including site assessment, planning and approvals coordination, design oversight, construction management, and sales and marketing direction. Our interests are fully aligned with successful project delivery, ensuring value creation for landowners, capital partners, and the communities where we operate.
Initially focused on high-density residential, mixed-use, and urban regeneration projects in Southeast Queensland, our platform is structured to expand across sectors and geographies as opportunities arise.
